At CIRCA, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the right fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
